TNNBhubaneswar: The crime branch on Sunday arrested a dahi bara vendor in connection with the mob lynching of railway constable Soumya Ranjan Swain (32) in Balianta on the city’s outskirts on May 7. The accused was identified as Chinmay Mohanty (33), a resident of Balianta. Altogether, 21 men have so far been arrested in connection with the case, with 11 arrested by Balianta police during the initial investigation and 10 by the crime branch after it took over the probe on May 9.
