Delhi minister Parvesh Verma hit out at AAP chief Kejriwal for visiting the Tilak Nagar area Monday. “I want to tell Kejriwal that while you visit such sites, young girls are being beaten up in our Punjab.… so please say a word or two about them as well,” Verma said, adding Kejriwal was also silent on the issue of women’s safety in Lovely Professional University. He claimed Jarnail Singh’s aide Sahib Singh, whom he slapped, was held earlier and is out on bail in a case related to alleged assault and abduction of an MCD worker.
