We rushed to the college in the morning, but by then he had been taken to hospital, and doctors declared him dead. The college authorities are not allowing us to see the body,” he said, alleging there had been a scuffle between two groups of students following the Teachers’ Day celebration at the college. “We don’t know why the college authorities are silent. The college authorities are responsible, there must be a thorough investigation into it,” he said.Khilari said they will question the hostel authorities, college staff and students who were present in the hostel when Chinmaya was found hanging. “We are collecting CCTV camera footage, call records and other relevant evidence,” said Khilari.
