The Supreme Court Collegium led by CJI Surya Kant on Monday recommended appointment of Justice P Sam Koshy, at present a judge of Telangana HC, as CJ of Delhi HC. It also recommended names of Justices Manash Ranjan Pathak, Tapabrata Chakraborty and Sudhir Singh as chief justices of HCs in Gujarat, Telangana and Uttarakhand, respectively.
